On May 12, Keys 2 Success invites you to step inside A Night at The Keys Museum — an immersive evening that transforms Baltusrol Golf Club into a living gallery of what happens when the most overlooked kids in a city are given a stage, a mentor, and a chance to lead.

This is not a typical gala. During cocktail hour, student docents guide guests through original exhibits: the Piano Bus, photos chronicling a decade of transformation, and stories told in the voices of the young people who lived them. The students you meet are not just performers. They are Urban Fellows — former students now earning paychecks as teachers, delivering 60% of Keys' instruction and keeping every dollar earned inside Newark families.

Over dinner, you'll hear directly from those Fellows. You'll see what a decade of sequential support looks like when it compounds. And you'll have the chance to become part of what comes next.

Keys 2 Success has grown from 6 students to 200+, from one site to fifteen, from a dream to a proven model. The next chapter means reaching 400 students, opening 5 new sites, and deepening a program that doesn't extract Newark's brightest and move them elsewhere. It grows them right where they are.
